Covid: The spaces of our wellness center have been reorganized in compliance with government regulations, reducing their capacity. We therefore inform you that as regards the sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi, simultaneous use will be allowed only as a couple or for small families.

Payment / Guarantee
Payment at the hotel at the check-in. We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

The card issued as a guarantee will be pre-authorised from 6 days prior to arrival at the Hotel, blocking the amount equal to the first night without however generating a charge.
At the time of check-in, in agreement with the guest, the hotel can cash or release the previously blocked amount. If you request the release of the blocked amount, it may take up to 25 working days for it to become available again.
In case of under-dated bookings, we recommend you to use the blocked sum for the payment of services used during your stay.


Cancellation conditions
With the #PrenotaSereno policy, your reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before check-in.
In case of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.

Other conditions of free cancellation
Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts will not apply a penalty if the inability to make the stay is linked to the pandemic event in progress and depends exclusively on one of the following cases: at least one of the components of the reservation is subject to mandatory quarantine, imposed by the health authorities; it is impossible to reach the hotel booked due to restrictions imposed by the authorities. Against the sums paid, a refund or voucher will be issued, at the discretion of the customer, valid until 31/12/2023.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the reservation, in the event that the health and socio-economic conditions do not allow the provision of services in the manner specified in the Prime Minister's Decree.
