Covid: The spaces in our wellness centre have been restructured in accordance with government regulations, reducing their capacity. We would therefore like to inform you that the sauna, steam room and whirlpool can only be used by couples or small families at the same time.

Payment/Guarantee
 
It is required to pay a deposit corresponding to 20% of the value of the entire stay, to be paid upon booking confirmation. The amount to be prepaid can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
 


Conditions of cancellation
 
Free cancellation up to 7 days before scheduled arrival.
In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking, in case the health-socio-economic conditions do not allow the provision of services according to the modalities clarified in the DPCM.

In addition to our free cancellation conditions (up to 7 days before arrival), we have decided to guarantee the cancellation of your booking and the full reimbursement of your travel expenses, in the event that even one of the members of your family, or of those who will stay with you, was infected with Covid 19. Within 24 hours of your arrival at the hotel.

INFORMATIVE NOTE

To cancel the reservation, it is necessary to present (also as an attachment via e-mail) a medical documentation certifying the positivity from the SARS COV-2 virus. The reimbursement of travel expenses (incurred by ship, train or plane) will be paid by voucher of the same amount, to be used in one of the Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts, within 12 months from the date of issue.
