Payment/Guarantee
 
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the value of the entire stay is required to be paid upon booking confirmation. The above amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation conditions
 
Penalty for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of your arrival equal to 50% of the cost of your stay. 
For cancellations after this deadline, no-show, or early departure, the penalty is equal to 100% of the cost of the entire stay.
